After meeting my husband on the island of Cebu in the Philippines, actually Talisay City, I moved to England and have settled rather well although high temperatures of 20 to 25 degrees in the summer are early morning temperatures in Cebu and came as a cultural shock to me especially landing in England in mid December, however I am adapting well and enjoying the country and meeting new friends in and around our home county of Nottinghamshire. “PARBALOWE”; Unusual name it may seem, it derives from my Maiden surname which is Parba. I am from the Island of Cebu, a “Cebuano Name” derived from my native country the Philippines, and my married name which is Lowe, a good old fashioned English name. (According to my Husband).
My purpose is to provide the best possible and courteous service to my customers, Whether you are a Consumer, Business or Professional.
